I am a professional Level 5 Reflexologist offering relaxing, Reflexology treatments to help you find balance and wellbeing. You can choose from mobile treatments in the comfort of your own home or visit me in my tranquil Newmarket practice in Suffolk, UK.
We will work together to design a personalised treatment plan to support your health and wellbeing needs. Reflexology can boost circulation, reduce stress and muscle tension and promote deep relaxation. It can also help to improve sleep and restore balance to mind and body.
As a Level 5 practitioner, I am fully insured and qualified in hand and foot reflexology, cancer and palliative care, fertility & pregnancy support and NEPIP - a specialism to reduce stress by releasing blocked energy. I also offer relaxing touch therapy head massage treatments and Corporate Wellbeing packages, gift vouchers and pop-up events.

About me
I graduated with my Level 5 Diploma in Practitioner Reflexology in 2023. This is the highest level qualification available in the UK and recognised by the NHS. I studied with Jubilee College Cambridge and have over 150 hours of clinical practice experience. I work with private clients, offer corporate wellbeing programmes and events for charity including the Treat Your Feet events in partnership with Newmarket Town Council and the Newmarket Charitable Foundation.
I believe in using ethical, natural and organic products for my Reflexology practice and do everything possible as a small business to be environmentally conscious. I use Flying Wild reflexology creams and balms and Neals Yard ethically sourced organic products.
I am a fully insured and a full Member of the accredited Association of Reflexologists. You can find me on their listing here
As a professional reflexologist, I am listed on the NHS Find A Reflexologist service. This is only open to practitioners who have met the strictest standards of reflexology practice, are insured to practise, and committed to continually developing their skills and knowledge

I develop a personalised treatment plan to support your health and wellbeing goals. Every client is unique and your tailored plan will reflect this. As a guide I offer the following packages but am happy to work with you to develop the package you need:
- Single Reflexology session (60 minutes) full treatment - £60
- Taster Reflexology session (30 mins) - £40
- Personalised Reflexology Package (90 minutes) to develop your personalised treatment. Includes full consultation, 60 minute reflexology treatment and a bespoke treatment plan to focus on your health and wellbeing goals - £75. (Follow up sessions: £50 per 1 hour session*)
- Relaxing Head Massage (30 minutes) - £35
- Silver Programme - includes free consultation, and four 60 minute treatments - £220
- Gold Programme - includes free consultation and seven 60 minute treatments - £385
- Corporate Wellbeing Packages - tailored in-house options available to support your staff wellbeing - contact me for more information on available packages
